You send us make, model, year window, budget, and destination port. Within 24h we come back with units that fit — from our Jining workshop stock if we have them, or pulled from open mainland auction (Tianxin, CarTechMax, Chechunbang) within 72h.

Service, detail, & inspection
Not just a check — we actually fix and detail the car before you pay.
Once you confirm a unit, it goes through our own workshop in Jining. Mechanical service: fluids, filters, brakes, belts, suspension. Detailing: full polish + interior deep-clean (custom wrap/PPF available on request). Then the 200-point inspection by our CCIC-certified lead. Full PDF report — including everything we fixed — within 72h.

Logistics & customs
Paperwork is where exports actually fail. We handle it.
30% deposit confirms the unit. We file export declaration with Qingdao customs district, book RoRo or container with WWL/Höegh/CMA-CGM depending on your port, take out marine insurance (1.1% default), and pre-validate destination paperwork — KEBS COC for Kenya, NAFTA / NOM for Mexico, GOST for Russia, etc. 70% payment due against B/L copy.

Delivery & handoff
Tracking until the unit clears your port.
We hand you tracking on departure from Qingdao. Originals dispatched by DHL the same day vessel sails. If you need a destination-port agent — we have partners in 22 ports across LHD markets — we'll introduce. From there, your local customs clears against the doc set we provided.

Standard terms. No surprises.
On order confirmation
Locks the unit, starts inspection. Refundable in full if inspection reveals undisclosed damage you can't accept.
Against B/L copy
You see the unit on the vessel before the balance moves. Originals release once funds clear.
Letter of credit available
For first-time large orders or regulated importers. Confirmed L/C through Bank of China or HSBC. 1% service fee.
