We are 24 people in Jining, Shandong — workshop techs, detailers, inspectors, customs handlers, and country leads — moving used cars and EVs from mainland China to the rest of the world. No franchise. No private equity. No surprises.

Suger spent eight years selling and servicing used cars across Shandong before he opened TOP Auto House. He watched too many overseas buyers receive units that looked fine in the listing photos and arrived with problems they never agreed to. The fix was obvious: don't just source the car — actually service and detail it before it ships.
TOP Auto House started in 2018 in Jining as a 1,200㎡ workshop with three bays: mechanical service, detailing, and pre-shipment prep. We added the export desk in 2021 after dealers in Russia and Kazakhstan started asking us to ship the same units we were prepping for local clients. Six years later, every car we export passes through our own bays first.
We're still in Jining. We still own the workshop. Suger still personally checks the keys on every container that leaves for Qingdao.

Most exporters list cars they don't have. Ours are all in one workshop in Jining — two hours by truck to Qingdao Port, China's busiest RoRo gateway and the deep-water complex that handles every major automotive carrier (WWL, Höegh, CMA-CGM, COSCO).
